Stayed for 2 nights and loved the spacious room with a cozy living area, and the hot powerful shower was a dream. the bar downstairs was a fun vibe, perfect for winding down after a long day.

The facilities are in dire need of modernization!!! Cleanliness in common areas is questionable, with dirty windowsills and stained carpets should be addressed more urgently!!! The noise from surroundings disrupts rest significantly!!!

Be sure to ask staff about nearby local dining options. they offer discounts at some excellent places!

It was just a top selection for an overnight stop in Whitley Bay with great value-to-price ratio. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating when we arrived.

Boarded up disappointment

So, we planned a fun family trip, but we drove up to find the place boarded up for renos. Seriously, no one was around, and our calls were going nowhere. The kids were bummed! At least the breakfast looked good from the pics, but we never got to try it. Major letdown!
